Aide Calendar for ChatGPT — Privacy Policy
SummerCloude · Last updated: 2 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SUMMERCLOUDE PTE. LTD. ("SummerCloude", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore, handles personal data in connection with Aide Calendar for ChatGPT (the "Connector") — the ChatGPT plugin that saves events and tasks you capture in ChatGPT to your existing Aide Calendar account. It is written with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy covers the ChatGPT Connector specifically; the Aide Calendar mobile app has its own Privacy Policy.
1. What the Connector does
You ask ChatGPT to add an event or task. ChatGPT extracts the details and
sends them to the Connector — a SummerCloude-operated Cloudflare Worker at
aidecalendar-gptapp.summercloude.app — which saves them to your
Aide Calendar account over an encrypted connection.
We perform no AI processing of our own and never receive your other
ChatGPT messages — only the specific event or task you ask to save.
2. What we store
Only your Aide Calendar sign-in: an OAuth grant containing a session token, your Aide user id, and your reminder/duration preferences — encrypted at rest in Cloudflare KV. Nothing else.
3. What we do not store
We do not store the events or tasks themselves, their contents, attendees, attachments, your email address, or any ChatGPT conversation. Event and task data live only in your Aide Calendar account; we pass them through and keep no copy.
4. Third parties
- OpenAI / ChatGPT — hosts the plugin and performs the extraction; OpenAI's privacy policy applies.
- Aide Calendar — stores your calendar data; Aide Calendar's Privacy Policy applies.
- Cloudflare — hosts the Connector.
5. Retention
The encrypted grant is kept until you disconnect the plugin, or until it expires after about 30 days of inactivity. Your saved events and tasks live in your Aide Calendar account under Aide Calendar's retention policy.
6. How to delete your data
Disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT (Settings → Apps → Aide Calendar → Disconnect) — this revokes and removes the stored grant. To remove saved events or tasks, delete them in Aide Calendar, or delete your Aide Calendar account.
7. Security
All traffic uses TLS. The stored grant is encrypted. The Connector holds no secrets in its client, and requests least-privilege, write-only access (calendar events and tasks only).
