Terms of Service

1. Use of the Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services — for example, by attempting to disrupt them, reverse engineer them, or use them to process content you do not have the right to process.

Eligibility. Our Services are intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will delete the account and its data.

2. Your Content

Some of our apps process content you submit (photos, text or voice recordings) to produce a result for you. You retain all rights to your content. We process it to deliver the requested result and to operate the app on your behalf. What is retained, where it is stored, and for how long is described in detail in each app's Privacy Policy — read the relevant policy for the specifics.

2a. Intellectual Property & License

The Services — including the apps and their software, design, and content (excluding your own content) — are owned by SummerCloude and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except to the extent applicable law permits.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some apps offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases, sold through the Apple App Store. For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

The applicable price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region. All billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we never receive your payment-card details.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps may rely on third-party services (such as AI providers and cloud infrastructure) to deliver functionality. Their use is described in each app's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties beyond what is described there.

4a. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policies. The website Privacy Policy covers summercloude.com itself, including the aggregate, cookie-free visitor measurement we use to see which pages are useful. Each app has its own privacy policy covering that app.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, automated outputs (such as extracted calendar events) may contain errors. Please review results before relying on them.

Guides, comparisons and device-compatibility information published on summercloude.com are general information offered in good faith. App features, prices, device support and third-party products change over time, so this material may go out of date. Where it differs from what an app or its App Store listing shows, the app and the listing take precedence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummerCloude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

6a. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing-law sections — will continue to apply after your use of the Services ends.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
