It stays on your phone
Invoice Aide has no backend server of ours. Your customers, invoices and business logo are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else — there is no account to create, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs collecting data. Nothing to sell, because we never receive it.
The trade-off is worth knowing: because your data lives only on the device, deleting the app deletes your invoices. Take a full ZIP export before you change phones or remove the app. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Is Invoice Aide a subscription?
No. It is free to download and includes 10 invoices a month. Pro removes that limit for a one-time US$4.99 purchase — you pay once and keep unlimited invoices. There is no monthly or annual fee.
Are my invoices stored in the cloud?
No. Everything is kept on your iPhone. There is no backend server, no analytics and no third-party SDKs that collect data. That also means deleting the app deletes your data, so take a ZIP export backup first.
Can it handle sales tax, VAT or GST?
Yes — presets for US Sales Tax, UK VAT, and Australian, Canadian and Singapore GST, applied inclusive or exclusive. You can also set an invoice-level discount by amount or percentage.
How do I send an invoice?
Invoice Aide produces a branded PDF with your business details and logo. Email it straight from the app, or hand it to any other app through the iOS share sheet.
Can I use my own currency and logo?
Yes. Set your business currency once and it is used on every invoice, and your business profile and logo appear on the PDF.
